Refund policy
Exchange and return of products will be considered within 15 days from the date of purchase of our product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Valid Reason: In case of an exceptional scenario where the return of the product is permitted by the company on grounds of product defect or any other valid reason.
No Cash Refunds: No cash refunds are allowed. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method or as store credit within 7-8 days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
No Exchange: For hygiene reasons, underwear and socks cannot be returned or exchanged.
Original Bill Copy: The original bill copy, along with the credit card slip (in case of payments made by credit card), must be retained and produced.
Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
No Return/Refund over Exchange Orders: Return or refund requests will not be entertained for exchange orders. Size exchange is subject to availability.
Reverse Pickup: Reverse pickup is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin code. The pickup will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment, you will have to send the shipment back to the company address.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
